Health & disability accommodation booking platform
CLIENT: MediStays is a nationwide health accommodation service. Their online platform supports Australians and their families for a hospital visit or disability-related stay. MediStays has a complex audience, requiring a customised approach for each segment.
BRIEF: In January 2022 I developed four cornerstone blog posts for the website relaunch. I continued weekly delivery of blog posts, EDM, social posts, content for segmented user journeys, and strategy. By August 2024, MediStays' growth allowed for hiring a fulltime marketing manager.
SCOPE: The content strategy was designed to be informative for people seeking MediStays services. Formats are SEO-friendly to help people find what they need. For user journeys, the goal is to serve each audience segment with the most relevant information for their unique situation.
